He was managing partner of Wamex Private Equity participating as fund operator; in charge of investor relations; board member and chairman of the audit committee of several of the promoted companies, including Medix, Hoteles City and KUA Foods.
Previously, he worked for Bankers Trust (acquired by Deutsche Bank), in local debt placements and promoting capital markets products, private equity and advisory; was part of the M&A team of Grupo Televisa; worked in the corporate finance area of Operadora de Bolsa Serfin in public, local and international placements, and in the mergers and acquisitions area within the team that created Afore Garante together with Citigroup.
